Add Users

Note: To automate the process of importing users and provisioning LastPass accounts, use the directory integration feature. Users will be synced from the directory to both password management and SSO&MFA dashboards. Editing users are available on both dashboards and any updates made on either side will be synced. Deleting a user in any of the dashboards will be reflected on the other.

Select “Users” from the left side menu and click on the blue “+Add User” button.

Please fill out the mandatory fields: UsernameFirst Name, and Last Name and “Save“.

Edit Users
Click on “Users” from the left side menu to see the list of users. You may search for a user in the search box and click on a user to edit that user’s information.
 
Edit – User window will appear. Make the necessary changes to user attributes and click on the green “save” button. Click on “Entitlement” or “History” to see the user’s information. See the user’s device and lock the user’s device by clicking on the “Devices” tab.

Scroll down and expand the “Advanced” section to edit user’s admin privilage.
If the user is required to use PKI for authentication, click on “Certificate” and upload the user’s PKI certificate.

To resend the activation email to that user, click on “Resend Activation” button. You may also suspend the user’s access by clicking on “Suspend Access“. You can also delete a user by clicking on the “Delete” button.

You can see a user’s privilege level by clicking on the “Privileges” tab on the right side on the page. Similarly, click on “Assigned Policies” and “Assigned Applications” tab to see the policies and applications of a user.
