To manage access policies based on IP addresses, please select “Policy” from the left side menu and the click on “IP”.
Create Whitelisted IP Range
Click on the green “+Create Whitelisted IP Range” button.
Add the “IP Addresses” and “Tag Name” and click on “Add”.
For copying your IP, click on the blue “Copy” icon.
A warning window will consequently appear. Click on “Setup policy” button to activate and assign the IP Policy to users. You may also click on the “Cancel” button and skip setting up the policy.
Please note that a whitelist IP policy will remain inactive until it is assigned to users.
You will get directed to the Manage Policy page. Click on the blue “+New Policy” to continue setting up the policy.
Add the “Policy Name“ and select the saved “IP Addresses” policy that you just created from the drop-down menu. If needed, assign “Geo-fence“.
The policy can be “Permanent Policy” or “Temporary Policy“. If you choose a Temporary Policy, select a date for the policy.
Create Blacklisted IP Range
Click on the “+Create Blacklisted IP Range”.
Add blacklist IPs in “IP Addresses“, add a “Tag Name” and click on “Add“.
Another window will consequently appear. By clicking on “Save IP“, you will block access for all users and all applications from the blacklisted IP addresses. You can cancel the blacklisted IP by clicking on “Cancel“.
Edit IP Policies
To manage an IP Policy, click on that policy.
Manage IPs window consequently will appear. You can make changes or click on “Remove” to delete the policy.
To activate an inactive IP policy or manage access to a policy, click on the “Access” on the left side menu. Select the policy from the list of policies and customize it by clicking on the setting button. Click here to learn more about assigning and managing access policies.
